Face stabs happen due to ping or fps drops. Either way, on the spyes screen it shows as a back stab. Nothing valve can do. Btw same thing for hitboxes.

I blame the map creators fukin hell the dr map wolfenstien you'r not close to the hammers but ya still die you'll know what i mean if you've played it before
