Zombie mode balance ideas

Here is the list of things that should be changed/added in Zombie mode:
-Scout's speed (The humans have no chance to escape this skinny piece of sh-!!)
-Demoman's caber (It can destroy 5 buildings at once if it's in his range.)
-Demoman's shield (Again, no human can escape this scottish piece of sh-!!)
-Pyro's phlog (Since zombies can't shoot rockets or pipes the phlog is just too OP, stand in a corner and W+M1 zombies then taunt for free crits.)
-More maps (The maps are becoming repetitive after some time.)
-Increase the sentry limit (From 3 to maybe 5)
