Why iam banned?

Hello. So i played on this server so long but never seen just a toxic guy like Azamat This guy was such toxic on me and everyone else. I was laughing at him and before i was banned i was telling him to kill me to not be mad. After match ends i got banned for homophobia. Xd I dont know why i wads banned for that if that guy was homo i didnt know but he was toxic so. I would liek to get unbanned. Cuz wth is this reason. Thanks
