Resolved what servers can you resize with vip on?

Servers that resizing will not affect gameplay and/or be unfair to the other players. For example: on JB you cannot because the action on resizing itself will be unfair, while in almost every other server (Surf, Casual, Trading etc) you can.
Note: killing players while resized is not allowed and it's considered VIP abuse.

Can't resize on Casual servers. I think you can't on Orange either, but not 100% sure.

i believe as long as you're not small, it's ok to kill.
