Invalid Weird Audio Glitch Happened After Dying As Soldier

The Bug: So I was playing some jailbreak, but when I died, something really weird happened. The Panzer Pants Taunt (Tank Taunt) audio started going on, which it would not stop until I left the server. It also made some weird cloud effects as well.

To add on to this bug report, this is how it looks like before that sound plays on death.
(This is one of my videos for a report, ignore the report part and look at the player model)
2:50 shows how it looks to taunt while in this state.

Looks like a TF2 bug, I am not sure if there is something we can do about this.
