Accepted Unmute appeal (not entirely sure that I'm muted)

I'm not exactly sure that I'm muted, but I can't send any messages in text chat, and it seems like nobody can hear me when using voice chat, however, I haven't seen anything telling me I got muted (and I don't see why I would be muted anyway)

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
Possibly a mistake? As far as I know, I didn't say anything that could get me banned (in fact, I barely say anything most of the time)

Hi, I've looked at your previous bans/mutes and yes you are correct, there isn't anything active.
Regarding voice chat, it might be an issue with your microphone configuration. So I suggest trying to fix it in a self hosted game.
As for the chat issue, could you send me some screenshots or a recording of you using the chat.

Hey, thanks for replying. I've made a quick recording to show that I can't use text chat. As for voice chat, I've done some testing and my mic seems to be fine. Here's the recording:

Ok, one more thing, does your chat work on official Valve servers (in casual)?

Also you can try using this command cl_mute_all_comms 0. There is a chance that it will fix it.

Update: It turns out that others can in fact see my messages, though I can't see my own, which is strange
