What Happened: So it was Last Guard and the Last Guard decided to run away from REDS for a whole 5 minutes, delaying the round by A LOT.
Rules:

9. Do not delay/stall the round.

12. Last Guard Rule - The last guard is must either kill the remaining REDs or continue the round (go warden)
