2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
I was guardbanned/teambanned for the alleged free-kill of no more than two inmate players.

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
My reasoning for I should be unbanned is trifold:

Firstly, there was a Lag Spike with my connection to the server (█ wonderland.tf NY █ Jailbreak 192.223.31.14:27027).

Lag Spikes are a common phenomenon in the digital age. In my case, I believe that it was caused by poor CPU (Intel® Core™ i3-6100U Processor (3M Cache, 2.30 GHz)) performance, as I had many browser tabs opened at the time, watching various videos of mobile video game gameplay to nourish my youthful mind, including but not limited to Clash of Clans, Subway Surfers, and Cut The Rope Sigma Edits. Due to this lag spike, I held down my M1 button for too long, and accidentally killed both of the inmate players involved.

Secondly, Only one of the Inmate Players were KOS due to "First Reaction, Last Reaction."

In the minigame, "First Reaction, Last Reaction," Depending on what the Warden says, the inmate players involved are supposed to follow that order or ignore it depending on whether it was "First Reaction" or "Last Reaction" that was said. In my case, the two inmate players were lined up against the outer pool wall on ba_jail_casuarina_b5 (https://gamebanana.com/mods/74644). The warden stated, "Last Reaction Crouch," and the engineer pressed his space bar key (bound to +jump), leading to the Demoman player crouching before they could. I had descended from the heavens and torched the engineer with my "The Phlogistinator" (https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Phlogistinator). Due to the lag spike, as stated before, I inadvertently torched the Demoman as well. Because Engineer was KOS, I only (allegedly) free-killed one inmate player.

Thirdly and Finally, one cannot trust their senses without sufficient evidence.

René Descartes was a prominent French Philosopher in the 1600s. In his 1641 book, "Meditations of First Philosophy," Descartes argued in his First Meditation that one's senses may be plagued with deceit by a "Deus deceptor (Evil Demon)." I believe that the Administrators involved had their primary sense of vision plagued by a Deus deceptor, and "witnessed" me allegedly free-killing one inmate player that was not KOS.

Because of these reasonings three, my appeal must be accepted by thee. I hope that the staff team involved with handling my appeal for my punishment (One Hour Guardban) takes my points listed above into consideration, and acts with fairness and without bias.

Thank you,
S. Melvin
