Explaination on what happened:
As usual, We were playing on the surf servers and one guy got head-shot multiple times. He said that someone is hacking in the enemy team, so I joined Spectators mode. I saw his constant flickering, that was too amateur . Unfortunately, it was too late (after Midnight) and by the time an admin would come, he already left the server.
Also, while spectating him, I found another suspicious guy, but I was not sure

Server name / IP: 5.135.189.29:27040 (Same server, Same time)
Proof of evidence in form of: I did not have much evidence against him, but you can see in the same .dem file about the flicks. It can be a professional sniper flicking as this guy has over 2000 hours, but I was not sure and let WonderLand Administratives to decide.

While recording and cycling through players to get to xitevito, I found it suspicious that Striky may also cheat. It can be seen in the demo file,(just at the start) flickering and locking on players. I did not have time to record his demo as, once a guy said ''makes me think he hacks'' , the guy quickly joined spec mode and left
