Explain what happened & include as much information as possible:
Another cheater spotted again in WLN.TF server. The cheater will turn on his cheat when he get upset. Especially to me. At first, I was not suspicious then after that things get quite nasty. After some spectating and stuffs, turns out he cheat. He will also disable his cheat as soon he realize someone spectating him. But I got a recording proof of it today. Please preview the video thoroughly!

I've reviewed this with senior staff and concluded this isn't enough for a punishment at this time, please record better quality clips to ensure that we can examine it more thoroughly next time.
