I do not have proof that it is his, but I have seen him spray it over mine.

Okay, I gagged Dragon for player disrespect since, while his ownership of that spray can't be proven, I still see insults in his chat-logs.

As for Memeking27, they are banned for racism and disrespect.

P.S.: We have a zero-tolerance policy against using slurs or variants on slurs. In your screenshot, I see you use the n-word when discussing that spray. Please keep in mind that, even with that context, what you said was still rule-breaking, and you could be banned. I'll let it slide for now though.
