On JB servers, allow Red pyros to use their compression blast after getting ammos.

JB = jailbreak, which would mean armory if that's what you meant.

Why is it disabled in the first place, especially since BLUs can still airblast?
(Not to mention that BLUs using their airblast usually causes more problems as opposed to fixing them.)
