Is dodgeball bot using something like aimbot? Or, Is he defeatable? I raged sometimes to him. Writed so many things to that chat that I am not using these sentences to real players.

The actual bot is probably the hardest to kill. Since he can't move he's restricted to simply having perfect timing. If you can reach high enough speeds you can kill this bot.
