Jailbreak Put a cool down on the cell doors

I think there should be a cool down on the cell doors to prevent spam. I personally have delt with a lot of cell door spam.

Ex: the warden can open and close the doors twice before a 5 second cooldown activates.

Seems kinda unnecessary imo, plus cell door spam can be useful to trap mass freekillers/trick orders.

i dont see any reason to add this, i mean sure it can fill chat but either way youd probably get gagged or have some form of punishment for purposely filling chat with commands, and i dont recall seeing any complaints with somebody spammed cell doors, doesnt really effect anybody so my vote will be -1
