Declined Perma Banned for duped account

I got perma banned for creating a new account that got banned because "e-blade is such a faggot"(my brother) thought it would be a good idea to change his name to that, then he got banned then i played some tf2 went to a trade server then i got banned for 120 months (10 years), this is where my ban is (https://bans.wonderland.tf/index.php?p=banlist&page=2) the reason that i need to get banned is that i'am he's little brother that is just enjoying the game but my brother is full of dumb ideas, if i can get unbanned i would be thankful.
