Declined No reason ban again?

I've been banned for no reason again.
1)I changed names but it wasn't anything racist or offensive
2)It said to view my ban on Elysium but it wasn't there nor on wonderlands ban list
3)I haven't been toxic , just tryharding and occasionally kill friendlies but that's it
This isn't the first time that it's happened
