What Happened: So it was LG, which the BLU (player) reported above set up a sticky trap, which is illegal. I know you can use stickies to kill people but you can't set up a trap with one.

11. Demos may not sticky trap.(You may sticky jump and use in response to being attacked or rebelling.)

Yes, it says you can use stickies in response to rebellers but you can't set up a trap to save yourself from being killed.
