Accepted Idea for a command option

The command would be !spell and every kind of spell footprints/voice/hat paint spell/halloween flame/ pumpkin bomb spells for sentry /rocket launcher all of thoes would be in there.

+1 for adding any of the purely cosmetic spells, no issues that could be caused there.

As for things such as pumpkin bombs, the combat-centered Halloween spells would intrude on normal gameplay, so I'd support only adding them to servers where RTD is also enabled, and, like RTD, having a cool-down for spell usage.
