im guessing he has one of his frineds on the server pocketing him and saying this "Goldline Is The Big Cuddly Bear : Nope no hacks here sir lol"

He has a VAC ban as of 0 days ago and TF2 is his only game so I think it's safe to say that you won't have to worry about him anymore.

Looking at the profile, it was clearly an alt used to hack on the servers. As of the vac ban and inactivity, the user has clearly trashed it. Just be vigilant in the case the person uses another alt to hack in the near future.
