Invalid Guard getting ammo on Guards Melee Only

Bug: Blu Guard "camoman07wg" somehow obtained ammo during a Guards Melee Only round, where getting ammo isn't possible, unless there's an exploit I don't know about to bypass this restriction. Because of the uncertainty of not knowing if it's an exploit or bug, I'm prefixing this thread as Technical.
