Declined Got perma banned and have no idea why.

Played some last night, got back on today and saw I was permabanned. Been Playing on Wonderland.tf servers for a while and it sucks not being able to play on them. I also noticed that the stated reason for my permaban was that it was a duplicate account, but I don't have any other steam accounts.
