This guy was being racist in chat and i tried to tell him that racism was against the rules but he was clearly ignoring me. I couldn't gag him either because my VIP had just expired so i had to call an admin but no one showed up.

For the record, this should be the other way around. Attempt to contact staff first before using your vote-punishment powers.
