Resolved Forum Front Page All Messed Up

Server: It's the forum page, home screen/front page.
Date: 07/21/20
Bug: The front page/home screen of the forum page is all messed up. I tried reloading the page, resetting my computer, and making sure my zoom value of the page was at default, which none of those fixed how the page looks like.

I just figured out the issue, whenever someone makes a long message in the shoutbox, it can stretch the shoutbox out and push the screen making it look weird, to fix this just close the shoutbox

This works to fix the screen back up (Thanks BTW) but the problem with the shoutbox causing that still needs to be fixed.
