In most jailbreak server, the vote fire warden command is pretty useless. (Need >n votes to fire when there are n player on the server) Perhaps we can change from the impossible amount of required vote to 75% of the current server population?

Sure there is potential for abuse but if most of the server wants someone fired then I'd imagine there's at least some form of issue being caused by the warden.
