now to start off i have absolute NO IDEA how i got banned, apperantly "racial slur" but i have done nothing thats racist i didnt even play tf2 for 2 months now and when i join im banned! i think this was a false ban bc there was someone called "grrrrrrr" that called turks and amelians the n word ,
if i have a wrong, feel free to check my text log cuz i have done NOTHING that has to do with racism

As for the subject of the appeal, you've already been banned for a similar infraction, and unbanned under the pretense you wouldn't do it again. I see no reason why you should be unbanned.
