Hello people, first of all i want to say sorry if theres small mistakes in the ban appeal. I was not born in england but rather in serbia.
i got banned for "assisting a ban evader (Kal)", not even in game, i got banned because i joined the discord server.

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:

Because i want to be fair and i see a huge potential in this server i am doing this now.

• 1. the "assisting" was me going AFK while VCing with Kal (mostly because i was eating),
• 2. while eating I cannot Uber Kal, meaning I did NOT assist him.
• 3. I did NOT cause damage more than it shoud have been done with him playing alone, as you all know his playstyle is hiding his hitboxes and IF i did uber him it wouldnt have changed anything.
• 4. You banning me is not gonna make him stop alting, which is your initial
• 5. Youre gonna have twice the work IF i start making alts too
• 6. (which i dont, BUUUTTT if.... )
• 7. The Admin banned me out of nowhere, How did he decide to do that just from me joining the discord server? What kind of democracy is this? You have your rules and you can make new ones up suddenly? Should every other medic who has healed him before get banned too?
• 8. I know people have been pissed off because they may or may not be on his level, which may make the game harder for them, but theres so many ways to avoid a sniper constantly on battlements. Go through sewers?
• 9. I was never rude, toxic, or arguing with anyone. We like to poke fun at friends but you can see that i was never seriously rude or anything

Permanent (0 minutes): *Serious/Malicious Hate speech (racism, homophobia, etc.) Spray/Objector ban (/spray): Inappropriate or NSFW sprays/Objectors/decals. (guide) Raiding. Raiding is defined as multiple players coordinating to commit severe, disruptive rule violations (e.g. toxicity, racism, mass freekilling). This may apply to a single user as well. With permission from a Head-Admin, a player may be permanently banned outside of scaling if they are consistently: Ruining the experience of a majority of players and staff. Violating relatively severe rules (e.g. hate speech, spreading misinformation). Impersonating a specific staff (taking their name and claiming to be them). ¤Deliberately advertising other communities/servers. ¤Serious disrespect against community. This would include spreading malicious/false information about the community. Spamming/advertising a cheat in-game. Avoiding punishment with an alt account (if the punishment is a server ban 1 week in length or longer, or a teamban 1 day in length or longer). Can only be dealt with by admins and above. (guide) Threatening to DDoS or dox. Threatening to harm servers or staff. Crashing servers intentionally. Behavior that encompasses pedophilia and/or other illegal topics. Double-asterisk is only for pedophilia and related topics. Major server exploits that disrupt gameplay severely. Scamming or any other form of trade fraud.

Hi,
You are associated with a known closet cheater and ban evader, and have been caught assisting them. This isn't tolerated on our servers and we will not be unbanning you.


Couple responses to your points:

The "assisting" was you pocketing Kal, does not matter whether you ubered him.

3. I did NOT cause damage more than it shoud have been done with him playing alone, as you all know his playstyle is hiding his hitboxes and IF i did uber him it wouldnt have changed anything.

Assisting cheaters is against the rules. It doesn't really matter the "damage" it caused, it broke the rules of our server.

Okay, banning alts really isn't as hard as you'd imagine. You and Kal can continue to waste your time evading on our servers, in which case we will continue to ban you, or you can just leave and use your time for more productive things.

It's quite interesting that you bring this up. That is a quote from our punishment guidelines, a document that staff use to decide how to punish someone, not our rules.

If you had read through said document, and not skipped all the way to the permanent category, you would have seen this, in the 1 week section.

These points have nothing to do with the reason you were actually banned. You were banned for assisting a cheater.


I really encourage you and Kal to look for other hobbies that dont involve ban evading on a tf2 server 100 times a month.
