Does Heavy need a 'Fat Scout' buff?

I've seen a lot of people proposing that in the new Heavy update they buff or make fat scout more viable. I personally think it would encroach on scout if they gave him a movement speed buff or a scattergun like weapon, but they did add items to make demoknight viable. Who knows! Whats your opinion!

A movement speed buff would deny the benefit of a normal Scout over a fat Scout. I think a fine fat scout loadout is to use the Gloves or Running Urgently and the Family Business. There's not really much else to change it.

i don't think it would be a viable option for serious tf2 players, he's just too big of a target and he'll be missing his most valuable item (the sandvich), if it requires to use his secondary. i think the fat scout would be more just to screw around and have fun with.

Heavy isn't meant for Fat Scout. It's really more of a joke subclass than anything.

Fat scout is more of a gimmick loadout then anything else, I don't think it really should be competitively viable.

While it's a joke loadout mainly, i think it should be a little bit buffed in some ways, because it's actually a somewhat viable loadout.
