I think it would be interesting if general-chat was inactive for 10-15 minutes, the wonderland.tf bot would say something like (and these are just sample questions, ideally they'd more interesting):
What is your favorite movie? Discuss genres and opinions.
Or
Do something like take popular forum titles like What's your favorite tf2 class?
