Invalid Chat communication ban?

Honestly I don't know why and when i got muted and I can't find myself in comm bans list. I don't even know how long this comm ban will last, because I only noticed it now.
I don't remember writing slurs or something, I even barely write in chat.
If appeal will be denied, at least tell me why, when and how long will this comm ban last.
