I was gagged for 6 hours for toxicity towards another player who killed me. HOWEVER i feel this should not be worth a gag. i did not call the kid the c word i did not call him any racial slurs, i did not tell him to kill himself. all i said was why this clearly 13 year old is even on here when he should not be playing a m rated game, if you dont believe me you can check logs, i also feel that since this kid was vip there was some biaest. i WANT this gag appealed did i take it too far yes. but what i did was not worthy of a gag.

Hello i will be handling your appeal. From what i see in your logs, you have shown extreme toxicity in the in-game chat. I do feel from these logs that the gag is valid. You have shown toxicity in the past as well, which is why your punishment has built up to its current 6 hours.

I do not feel that i should accept this appeal, as I'm not confident that you understand how your comments can hurt others. Do you have any questions or comments?

The taunting comment was free killed since I was revived afterwards, yes I did cuss a lot but I feel I’m being made out like I told the kid to kill himself, I please ask that you accept this appeal and I promise that I will start working on controlling my anger. I didn’t call the kid any extremely harmful words. I’ve been working on my anger issues

This isn't just about the kid. In those logs, you call people "fuck face", "asshole", and "piece of shit". And along with that, you were toxic towards one of our staff members, Holly, for not having a mic on blu, even though you're allowed to be micless on blu. To add, your extreme toxicity towards staff in their DMs did not go unnoticed.

I will be denying this appeal. Any further harassment towards our staff members will result in a longer punishment.
