2.) Explanation of what happened / why have I been banned:
I was playing on the LA Idlebox server with a couple of friends as per the usual. There were some people making extremely racist remarks and spamming in voice chat, so I reported them and they eventually left (This will be relevant below). I then noticed a person named FreakLikeMe! [STEAM_0:1:564164367] was on the server. He is notorious for constantly harassing, scamming, using alt accounts, and what we believe to be ban evading. He started to target me and used counter jumps, airblast spam, and the lot to try to get me. I started laughing in voice chat every time I killed him, and said things surrounding "He couldn't even hit me". People then asked who this person is, and I called him out as PlayDate, as that was his original name on the server that most people knew him by. I explained how he tried to scam my friend Kameria, used alt accounts, and was known throughout backpack.tf as a scammer. I was then suddenly banned for Racism and Toxicity, for 24 hours.
3.) Why we should you unban me:
I fully recognize that what I did was toxic and shouldn't have happened, however, context is important in making bans. This individual has been an extremely prevalent toxic figure on the Wonderland Idle Servers, and his alt accounts have been banned before (See Thread: https://www.wonderland.tf/threads/p...ery-toxic-and-people-complain-about-it.16162/). He has constantly abused alt accounts to afflict the community, here being some:

Now, there is absolutely no reason for being toxic to other players, regardless of their prominence or reputation, and I acknowledge that. There were no excuses for my actions, yet there is a problem with my ban and others that I have seen. There was no warning, no kick, mute, gag, or any form of reprimand made before I was banned for 24 hours. This has been seen with some of my other friends on the server such as Lenny, Twinkle Toes, and more.
To add to this, I was banned for Racism, by which I can fully account for making no racist remarks for the entirety of my playtime on Team Fortress 2. My main point of making this appeal isn't to say that I deserve to be unbanned because I "was being toxic for a reason", by which there is never a reason, but I want to call to attention that there was no warning or proper action taken. To add to this, the people I mentioned being racist earlier were never banned, and they were chat spamming and using actual racist slurs, by which the entire server was complaining about. Yet I was just talking with the server, not using slurs, and I was suddenly and harshly banned without warning.
Overall, I just want justice or an admin to look into the accounts listed/mentioned, connected to PlayDate/Payaso/FreakLikeMe! or his many other names. It would be nice to have my ban altered to a warning or a prolonged mute, but I understand if the ban remains. If admins can start looking into these situations and actually communicating with the parties in an argument, that would be a lot more preferable than to just be suddenly banned. I have recordings of me being suddenly banned and those two individuals being racist, which I can post if needed.
