Declined Automatic Warden system in Jailbreak

The title itself is pretty self-explanatory. This NEEDS to be a thing, the issue is that without this no one ever goes warden, leading to a freeday. This also leads to people without a mic being able to go on blu without even using their mic, because they never have to go warden.

Pretty much every community has this installed.

Personally I don't think this is a good idea, at least on IL JB there is no lack of mics and forcing people that don't want it is silly.

On EU JB we do have a problem with mics but forcing people without mics to become warden doesn't solve the issue either. It does nothing in fact.

They are allowed to go blue without a mic in the case of a lack of mic blues or no mics on server.

I also disagree with the assertion nearly every server has this installed, that's simply not from my extensive experience true.
