Resolved Auto Bhop

A few months ago I bought the auto bhopper in the zombie escape server (Singapore Server). And now when I join the same SG ZE server, I do not own the auto bhopper anymore. Is it because I bhop too much to infect humans and outrun (or outhop) zombies???

If this is a technical bug , then do it in reports/technical.
If you're saying it is not a bug and maybe you are un sure how to enable stuff do it on help desk
