I have been banned for ''Chinese Slur''
Basically there was this guy that had a chinese charactered name, which i couldnt read but i had to since the orders were to ''refer to them by their steam name''. I referred to him as ''Ching Chong'' as a joke and he seemed fine with it, didint ask for me to stop and even laughed, got banned nonetheless. If we take calling a chinese name a ridicilous name out of context it is indeed not cool and should be punish, but i was clear that i didint meant it as an insult to the guy and he didint take it seriously either. Context should matter.

To make an addition, this happened for half a round at most. And this wasnt the childish ''ehe ching chong, ching chong'' kinda mockery. I just called him that since i had no way to say his name and just called him that in the heat of the round, he didint mind it so i didint change it.
