because I have reflected on my actions and realised that what I did was not ok

i have had enough time to also reflect on server rules and become better guy

Right, I don't think I can trust that you managed to improve so immensely since your last appeal, which was just over a month ago. I also have to note that I still don't think you're taking this appeal seriously, hence the title "Alpha Male".
