Accepted Allow users to delete their posts

This post was actually meant for something else but I accidentally pressed enter before I finished. At that point I realized, users were unable to delete their own posts. I think users should be able to delete their own threads(posts already have the delete feature) in the same timeframe as users are able to edit their posts.

I've made it so you can delete your posts within 15 minutes of posting
