The fade around the minute mark is the result of me editing 2 separate videos into one.
Explain what happened & include as much information as possible: Not the first time he's been on the server. I'm only reporting him now because I thought someone else would do it; clearly, that isn't the case. It's strange, he has a cheat but doesn't use it to it's full potential, he was just kinda shooting people from time to time with his pistol instead of shooting up the whole server. I guess I can thank him for that but you can never rule out the possibility that he might one day join and do just that. Went spec when I saw him join to finally get proof.
