Accepted Add ruling clarifying parameters where a FF activity is considered Meat Grinder

I have always had confusion on this. Of course, somewhere such as the Knifepit rooms or a single cell means Meat Grinder, but then what is the case for larger areas that aren't Arena, like Pool?

Of course, there would be the downside of a ruling on this being able to be exploited, as opposed to now where there is only a ruling saying Meat Grinder is disallowed. However, I believe with care done to the wording of the ruling, this could be avoided.

I imagined that fighting in any tightly enclosed area aside from designated "Arena" spots would be considered Meat Grinder.
