I thought dr_dangerzone was already added? Or at least a certain version of it. It's the map with the toxic waste facility, right?

We have dr_dangerzone_fin1.
However, dr_dangerzone_fin3 has been released for some time, but it'll need further testing to get approval, that's all I can say about that.
In my opinion, fin1 works fine though, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

fin version takes so long to download

The map isn't repacked (compressed). There's a way server operators can do it, using bz2, but they can't do it with the original bsp because of how source complains when it comes to 2 maps with the same name, but different file contents.
