Are VIP's allowed to spam the lasers everywhere because I have experienced it sometimes

Generally no, laser spam isn't allowed and they really should keep use of it to a sensible limit. If its obscuring the view of everyone on purpose then thats kinda dumb.

Yeah

Though it's very likely that it won't be continuous until an admin comes, if it becomes a big problem, then let a staff member know via one of the regular ways of contacting us, either via the !call function, or on our discord server, which is linked at the top of the page.
