    You were banned due to bypassing another ban that was on your IP (this ban being an auto LMAOBOX spam ban, something that detects the use of LMAOBOX spam in chat and bans users for it, though it can be wrong sometimes). However, seeing as how that account banned for LMABOX spam has a VAC ban on it, I have doubts that the auto-ban was incorrect. Still, as Kumpir said you may file an appeal.
