    Here, let's compare yours to how mine would look like
    "14 years of age" You're suppose to be 16+, and I am 26.
    "1,400 TF2 hours" doesn't seem like a big deal, but that just means you have less experience with how the game works and this will effect how your view revolves around people doing exploits, ect. I have 1,359 hours.
    "Sufficient English skills." This one is funny and doesn't require explanation.

    Holding administrative positions on your friend's server is a shady way of saying you have, "experience".
